We are proud members of the Partnerships in Injury Reduction Program through the Alberta Association of Safety Partnerships (AASP) and have received the Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR). Worker safety tickets and training are kept up to date and tracked using Workhub.
We carry WCB Coverage with discounted industry rate premiums for superior performance, demonstrating our commitment to safety. All work carried out by 3 Peaks is fully insured.
Environmental Performance
3 Peaks utilizes an Environmental Management System (EMS) built to ISO Standard 14001:2015, that systematically identifies and assesses the impacts of the activities across our organizational structure and guides our efforts to reduce the impact of our activities on the environment. The EMS builds awareness of where we can incorporate sustainable practices and initiatives into our routine business practices and helps to build a culture of environmental responsibility among employees. This helps us in building a culture that focuses on pursuing environmental sustainability and helping our clients meet their own sustainability targets and initiatives.
